Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Team Leader
Location: Bury, Greater Manchester. Office based with possible remote working 2 days a week.

About the job

We are looking for an experienced SDS & GPSR Team Leader to manage and develop our product safety compliance services.

You will lead the SDS team, ensuring the efficient delivery of regulatory documentation and compliance services, while helping expand our GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) offering. The role combines technical regulatory expertise, team leadership, and service development, supporting the continued growth of the business and its client base.

You will be required to:

Requirements

    • Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
    • Experience authoring Safety Data Sheets
    • Experience working with GPSR or related product safety regulations
    • Experience managing a team or large projects
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
    • A proactive approach to learning and staying up-to-date with regulatory developments

Commission adopts restriction of PFAS in firefighting foams
