Webinar: An overview of the United States Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

    Webinar Overview

There has been a lot of recent news about various proposed and final actions the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

But what exactly is TSCA? How does it work?

    What is the TSCA inventory?

How do I know if my chemical is on or should be on the inventory? Are there exemptions? How is TSCA different from REACH?

These are some of the questions that will be answered in this webinar providing an overview of TSCA. Our speaker will present the various requirements of the TSCA regulations and address how commercial chemicals are regulated in the United States.
