Our Presenter: Xiang Li
Mr. Li Xiang is based in CIRS Europe in Ireland. Li obtained his B.A. in Business and Legal studies from the Technological University Dublin (Formerly DIT). Li has been living in Europe for over 10 years, before he joined team CIRS. He has many years’ experience in practical law and business law in Ireland. He now leads many projects involving China REACH and Korea REACH with CIRS Europe. With his excellent public speaking skills, he also provides webinars and speeches on Asian chemical regulations both online and at conferences.
