A new consolidated version of the CLP Regulation, dated 1st March 2018 has been made available on the ECHA website and also the DG GROWTH website. This version incorporates the changes in the 8th ATP, which implements the GHS 5th Revised Edition, and have applied since 1 February 2018. It also implements the changes to Annex VI from the 9th ATP which have applied since
