CHCS 25th AGM & 8th Annual Lectures
Celebrating 25 Years Of CHCS!

We are pleased to announce our 25th Annual General Meeting and the 8th of our Annual Lecture events.

The Lectures and AGM are open only to current CHCS members and invited guests of the CHCS Council.

A provisional agenda for the meeting is shown below. We will be announcing the speakers and lecture topics for the Annual Lectures, in due course.

Please note the meeting will commence promptly at 10:00 am. Coffee and tea will be available from 9:00 am and lunch will be provided at approximately 12:45 pm.

Exhibition

This year we will again be hosting a small table-top exhibition, featuring companies providing products and services to the “chemical hazard” community, so whether it’s the latest SDS software you want to see, or you need help with managing your REACH registration obligations, our exhibitors will be happy to talk to you. If you are interested in exhibiting, or sponsoring the event in another way, please contact the CHCS Office (contact details below).

Booking

Even though this event is free-of-charge to paid-up CHCS Members, you must still register, and bookings will close at midnight on Monday 11th November 2019. To register your attendance, please complete the booking form accessible from this page. We will send detailed Joining Instructions nearer the event.

Non-members can join CHCS and then register for the AGM.

CHCS is delighted to have an arrangement with the US-based Society for Chemical Hazard Communication (SCHC) whereby SCHC members can attend CHCS events at CHCS member-only rates and vice versa. If you are a member of SCHC and wish to attend this course, please email the CHCS Office at enquiries@chcs.org.uk providing your name and organisation. We will verify your membership of SCHC then email you back, providing you with details of how to register.
